You are the first person our clients see when they walk through our doors. As our Front Desk and Patient Experience specialist, you set the tone for every client's visit. Your warmth, professionalism, and efficiency will make the difference between a good experience and a great one.
This role goes beyond traditional reception work. You'll manage check-ins, handle phone calls, process payments, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly. More importantly, you'll create a welcoming, calming environment for clients who may be nervous or vulnerable.
This is an ideal role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for others. You'll work closely with our care coordinators and clinical team to ensure every visit is seamless.
Customer service experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a similar field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanour. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
